Wire Straightening & Cutting
Eagle Wire has two high speed straightening and cutting machines designed to take coiled wire and cut to specific lengths. With high accuracy, speed and our in-stock coiled wire (black annealed, galvanized and stainless) we can quickly turn around cut wire jobs. These are tied into bundles ready for pickup or delivery.
- Cut length is minimum 40mm and maximum 6.2 metres
- Wire diameter range is minimum 2.0mm and maximum 10mm
- Highly accurate to + or - 0.5mm
- High speed cuts up to 120 metres/minute
- Cutting motors and clutch separate from main drive giving clean, high-speed cuts
Coiled Wire
- Eagle Wire stocks a wide range of coiled wire. This includes Black Annealed, Galvanised and Stainless Steel (in both 304 & 316).
- Sizes range from 1.6mm to 10mm and come in various gauges.
- Wire can be sold on the former, cut to length using our wire straightening and cutting machines (above) or sold in bundles by either weight or by required metres.
Pre-Cut Wire Bundles
We offer pre-cut bundles of black annealed and galvanised wire. These are stocked and come in various wire sizes and lengths. These multi-purpose wires are ideal for baling and binding, securing insulation, fencing and gardening, reinforcing building materials, hanging wire in ceilings, and more.
