Eagle Wire supplies a range of NZ Made Safety Products. Deluge showers and eye wash stations, for emergency and decontamination situations, are designed for use in industrial and commercial sites (ex. factories, mines, industrial plants, laboratories, etc) where exposure to hazardous materials such as acids, caustics, flammable liquids and more are present. We have six models, all made to compliance for AS/NZS 4775-2007 and made using high quality stainless and plastic components. Custom sizes and versions with catchment trays or shower units can also be fabricated.
In addition, we also stock a range of safety grab rails. Made in stainless steel and with knurling to assist hand gripping. Designed for use in bathrooms, toilets, showers and beside small steps, these are an ideal solution for rest homes, hospitals, and private homes where elderly, disabled and anyone requiring additional support needs a solid handhold.

Safety Showers & Eye Wash Station
All safety showers and eye wash stations are manufactured in NZ to current safety standards. They are made in stainless steel 304 and come in six different models to suit on-site requirements. Once connected to a water source and bolted to the ground they provide a constant water flow, activated by either a pull handle or foot plate, to enable first-response relief and/or decontamination from a variety of hazards, including and not exclusive to: chemical burns caused by acids and caustics, extinguishing flames on clothing or skin, decontamination of hazardous liquids, chemicals and corrosive substances, and eye irritation from fumes, gases, particles and more. All models are compliant with current standards in NZ and Australia (AS/NZS 4775-2007). Aqua Safety Grab Rails
All Aqua Grab Rails are manufactured in 32mm diameter stainless steel tube in accordance with NZS4121.2001 building standards. They are knurled to provide extra grip and fitted with 70mm diameter six screw hole flanges with stainless steel cover plates. 45mm pan head screws are included. Custom sized grab rails can also be manufactured to your specifications. Safety grab rails are ideal for use in bathrooms, toilets, showers and on the wall beside small sets of steps. Primarily used in hospitals and medical facilities, rest homes, public facilities, as well as any location with a need for a support handle.
