Capabilities: • Produces complex wire forms such as rings, spirals and frames from continuous coil. • State of the art PC based control system incorporating one time input of material and tool data. Offline programming capability and graphic display of programmed wire forms, job function list and spiral programs. • Wire diameters from 2.0 mm to 10 mm • Resistance butt welding for rings and frames, picked up automatically and transferred to welding station. • Precise repeatability and accuracy. • Ability to form small diameter tube and profiled cross sections.
